In 2019, the inclusio team secured Enterprise Ireland Commercialisation funding to research and build a cutting-edge SaaS solution set for the global market. inclusio is a technology start-up based within Dublin City University (DCU).
Psychologists and technologists at DCU have developed inclusio – a software platform combining technology, behavioural science and psychology, enabling organisations to adopt a data-driven approach to company culture, transforming the culture from the inside out.

Our Founders
Sandra Healy
Founder & CEO
Sandra Healy, Founder and CEO, has a career spanned 20 years in the global technology industry working across the UK and Ireland for companies such as BT Global Services, O2, Telefonica Europe and Vodafone. Sandra is Founding Director of the Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion at Dublin City University. The DCU Centre was established in 2018 driven by a demand from industry to gain access to academic expertise and research on workplace diversity and inclusion.
Sandra holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and a first-class Master’s in Organisational Psychology. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and an accredited Sales Academy Coach, with core expertise in delivering large-scale business transformation. Over the past fourteen years Sandra has championed and driven Diversity and Inclusion practice in Irish industry and is considered one of the country’s leading experts. She is currently a member of the Expert Advisory Group for the Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality in Ireland (2020), led by Dr Catherine Day.
Sandra is one of DiverseIn top three 20 Diversity Leaders to Watch in 2018; game changers for diversity and inclusion and was shortlisted for the European Diversity Awards, Head of Diversity of the Year 2019.
Deborah Murphy
Co-founder & Product Director
Deborah Murphy holds an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master’s in Education, Management and eLearning technologies. Deborah has over 15 years’ experience working and leading in Global technology start-ups. Deborah has led global projects in tool design, software development, M2M learning and IoT. She has leadership experience with software development, customer support and product ownership.
An innovative design thinker with a focus on building global teams, scalable SaaS software products and delivery of a first-class customer experience. Deborah brings an understanding and wealth of knowledge in these areas. A highly organised individual with a strategic mindset and a proven record delivering to defined timelines. Deborah constantly seeks out opportunities for improvement and brings her team with her in an effective and efficient manner.
Deborah is passionate about promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion in the technology industry with a particular focus on STEM education.
Arthur Lubambo
Co-founder & Technical Director
Arthur Lubambo has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a background in machine learning, data science, games and software engineering. Arthur has built and led teams in start-ups in Ireland and Brazil. Arthur is a technical architect and full stack developer, with core expertise in data analytics, data science, statistical modelling, data security, machine learning, AI, Natural Language Processing, software solution design and agile management.
An exceptional leader, having experience leading global technical teams that deliver large-scale technical projects end to end. Well organized, with an outstanding analytical mind and skills to interpret and summarize data, along with proven ability to design software solutions in a multi-disciplinary context. He also has a differential ability to apply maths to solve real problems.
Arthur is passionate about developing solutions which have a far-reaching impact.
