Sandra is an Engineer, an Organisational Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner. Over the past 18 years she has championed and driven diversity and inclusion practice across industry and is considered a leading expert. 

In 2014, Sandra was involved in establishing the EU Diversity Charter Ireland. In 2020, she joined the Expert Advisory Group for Ireland’s Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality. Sandra is a member of the Leadership Advisory Council for Ireland's Police Force.

At inclusio, our passionate commitment to social impact drives us.

Our Founder and CEO, Sandra Healy, contributed 17 years of expertise to the field of DEI and workplace culture. Throughout her extensive career, she observed a notable void: the lack of a dependable method to substantiate the impactful efforts made in this field. The pivotal question that arose was, "How do we prove and measure social impact?"

Launch of groundbreaking benchmarking initiative VOICE for Insurance

Determined to bridge this gap, we embarked on a four-year journey of research and development at Dublin City University. With the invaluable support of Enterprise Ireland, inclusio emerged in 2020 as a pioneering, science-based, third-party platform designed to help organisations transform their cultures and substantiate their impact, all through the voices of their people. inclusio believes in creating workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and recognised.

Our platform is the result of collaboration with experts in behavioural data science, psychology, artificial intelligence, equality, diversity, and inclusion. Together, we aim to revolutionise the way organisations understand, track, measure, and enhance their workplace cultures.
