Menopause is the time in women’s lives when their body experiences change due to the cessation of their menstrual cycle. It typically starts between the ages of 45 and 55, and for many people, can result in symptoms that seriously affect all areas of life. Women of menopause age are the largest growing sector in the workplace. With this trend set to continue, it is important for everyone to gain awareness of this stage of life and how it can affect someone both at home and at work.

Attendees will learn about what menopause is, how it affects people, the types of symptoms that can be experienced, and how they can affect someone at work. The range of approaches that can support someone through this time in their lives is also covered in detail.
