About this training course

This CPD accredited course provides senior leaders and executive board members with an understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), the benefits of creating a DEI strategy, the importance of DEI in succession planning, how DEI is linked to mandatory reporting, and the consequences of not having a strategy. Our People Science expert will outline the core concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, why it is important, and how, as a leader, you can create a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Objectives

Attendees will increase their awareness of DEI and be confident in applying equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace at senior and board level. 

 Using a combination of latest research and relevant case studies, this training is designed to help broaden leaders’ perspectives, increase their awareness of diversity and inclusion issues, and better understand the benefits of creating an inclusive culture for all.
