Overview
inclusio, in collaboration with Ulster University, launched this study as part of a new research series examining organisational culture and its impact on business performance.
The first report focuses on employees’ sense of belonging and how it influences key commercial and operational outcomes, including engagement, collaboration, problem-solving and organisational commitment.
The objective of the study is to quantify how workplace culture affects employee performance and wellbeing and to provide evidence-based insight to support more effective leadership and workforce strategy.
