The Role: People Science Specialist 

Join our People Science team in one of Europe's most innovative diversity tech SaaS companies. Utilize inclusio’s Scientific Culture Inclusion Model and sophisticated analytics to guide clients through their cultural and DEI journeys. 

What You Will Do 

  • 🤝 Co-create and deliver client services, data insights, and training. 
  • 📈 Develop and execute DEI / Culture / Strategy projects and ensure their successful implementation across a portfolio of clients, including presenting. 
  • 📝 Facilitate workshops and insight sessions tailored to client needs. 
  • ✍️ Produce compelling content and training materials. 

What We’re Looking For 

Key Skills and Experience 

  • 🌈 Passion for DEI: You’re not just familiar with diversity and culture strategies; you’re passionate about making positive change. 
  • 🗨️ Communication Skills: Excel as an articulate speaker, writer and presenter, capable of simplifying complex ideas. 
  • 🎯 Delivery Focus: Demonstrate your proven ability in project management, change management and delivery for clients.  
  • 🤝 Strategic Influence: Exhibit the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at senior levels. 
  • 🧠 Analytical Mindset: Be comfortable with data analytics for insightful decision-making. 

Professional Qualifications and Education 

  • 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Behavioural/Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field. 
  • 📚 A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is ideal but not essential. 

About You 

  • 🕒 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. 
  • 📊 Expertise in DEI, organisational behaviour or change management is essential. 
  • 🗨️ Capable of developing reports, slide decks and documents and presenting to clients and stakeholders (often in-person) 
  • 🤝 People management experience desirable but not essential 
  • 🖥️ Tech-savvy, w[ith a preference for those with SaaS experience. 
  • 📆 Excellent organisational skills to excel in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
