Background and Role
This person will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from lead generation through to demonstration. They will work with the team to deliver against the sales strategy, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
This is an opportunity for a candidate who wants to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company. We are seeking a creative, self-starter to join our growing team as we scale globally. The person will be highly motivated and curious about workplace equity, diversity and inclusion.
You will be commercially aware and self-motivated, with experience in uncovering opportunities and matching our solutions based on customer needs. Listening, presentation, verbal and written communications skills are key attributes for this role.

- Achievement of individual target and management of your schedule to support that
- Accurate pipeline management
- Achieving sales KPIs
- Day to day management of the CRM (Salesforce)
- Customer presentations, software demonstrations
- Collaborating with the marketing team on target market opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
- Two years’ experience in a business development role, don’t worry about the technology, we can teach you that!
