You can't manage what you can't measure, so we set out to measure, track, and action diversity and inclusive culture using Science and technology.
Our CEO and Founder, Sandra Healy spent seventeen years in the DEI space and found that there was no way to evidence the meaningful work that was being done around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The big question was how do we prove our DEI impact?
After four years of research and development at Dublin City University and backed by Enterprise Ireland, inclusio spun out in 2020.
We built a science-based, third-party platform that will help your organisation shift its culture and prove its DEI impact - all through the voices of your people, because we believe in building workplaces where people want to work. The inclusio platform is developed by experts in behavioural data science, psychology, artificial intelligence, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Our mission is to Make Difference Count and set new industry benchmarks. We do this by achieving measurable results while empowering organisations by demonstrating the value of diversity and the power of inclusion.
Through our sector-led benchmarking initiative, VOiCE (Valuing Openness, Inclusive Culture, and Equity), we aim to set global benchmarks to help organisations advance their D&I strategies.

Meet our Founders
Founder and CEO
Prior to Inclusio, Sandra’s career spanned 20 years in the global telecoms industry and five years at Dublin City University. She founded and established the DCU Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion. In 2015, faced with the challenges of every D&I practitioner, Sandra developed the concept of Inclusio and spun-out of DCU in 2020. Sandra is an Organisational Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner. Over 15 years she has championed and driven diversity and inclusion practice across industry and is considered one of the leading experts in D&I. Sandra won Entrepreneur of the Year at the Diversity in Tech Awards 2021.
Co-founder and Operations Director
Deborah is a results driven Leader with over 15 years’ experience in global technology start-ups. She has led global teams and projects in tool design, software development, M2M learning and IoT. She has an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and is a Certified Master Practitioner in NLP. In 2021, she graduated with a Master’s in Education and E-Learning from DCU. An innovative design thinker with a focus on building global, scalable SaaS software products and processes, Deborah is passionate about promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion in the technology industry with a particular focus on STEM education.
Co-founder and Technical Director
Arthur is an exceptional leader with 9 years experience in Software Engineering leading global technical teams. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Games, and Software Engineering, he is passionate about leading multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and disruptive solutions which have a far-reaching impact in the world. Arthur believes Technology should be built for human, societal and environmental wellbeing. He thinks together, we can make a better world, where everyone feels respected and included.
